How do I choose a fragrance?
Start with concentration: eau de toilette is lighter and cheaper per bottle, eau de parfum lasts longer, and extrait is the most concentrated. Then compare price per milliliter rather than bottle price, because a 100ml bottle is often cheaper per ml than a 50ml one. Sample or buy a travel spray before committing to a full bottle, and check the lowest live price here before you buy — the same bottle can differ substantially between US retailers.
