Terms of service

We list products and prices imported from US retailers' product feeds so you can compare them. Purchases are contracts between you and the retailer.

Prices change constantly and feeds refresh on a schedule, so listings may be out of date. The price shown at the retailer's checkout is the price that applies.

Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping or abuse.

Reviews must be your own honest experience and must not be unlawful, offensive or misleading. You retain ownership and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, moderate and distribute what you submit as part of the service.

Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse accounts or submit content that infringes another person’s rights. LuxPricePro branding, page design and original content belong to Deal Nest Inc. or its licensors. Product and retailer marks belong to their owners.

Send a copyright notice identifying the protected work, the material and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement and a statement under penalty of perjury to contact@luxpricepro.com. We may remove material and notify the person who submitted it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Deal Nest Inc. is not responsible for retailer pricing, stock, delivery or product faults, or indirect or consequential loss. You agree to indemnify us for claims caused by your unlawful use or content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Georgia law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. Unless prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Georgia under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, not as a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms.
