• Identifiers: email address, account ID, IP address and device identifiers.
• Price alerts and saved items you create.
• Reviews and ratings you publish.
• Internet activity: pages viewed, clicks, referring source and device type.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address, such as state or city.
• Commercial information reported by affiliate networks, such as an anonymous click or commission.

To run your account, send the price alerts you asked for, publish your reviews, keep the site secure, prevent fraud, improve comparisons, measure advertising and comply with law. We do not sell personal information for money.

We collect information from you, your browser, retailers, affiliate networks and service providers. We may disclose relevant categories to hosting, security, analytics, email and affiliate providers; retailers you choose to visit; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.

When you click through to a retailer, that store and its affiliate network process the visit under their own privacy policies. We receive click and sale reports that contain no names or payment details.

Affiliate and advertising technologies may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising or a “sale” under some state laws, even when no money is exchanged for your information. Use “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer to opt out. We also honor browser Global Privacy Control signals by disabling affiliate and marketing tracking for that browser.

We keep account data while an account is open; alert and newsletter data until you opt out or request deletion; security records as reasonably needed to prevent abuse; and affiliate reports for accounting and legal obligations. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Depending on your state, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, profiling or targeted advertising; limit certain sensitive-data uses; and appeal a denied request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You or an authorized agent may email contact@luxpricepro.com. We may verify your identity before acting. If we deny a request, reply “appeal” for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general.
